Welcome
The Club is located on the northern boundary of the Flagstaff Gardens, the Dudley Street end. The main club entrance is on the eastern side with access from both Dudley and Peel Streets.
The City of Melbourne has just completed a new clubhouse and the Club will be open from Friday 22nd May 2009.

The clubhouse has been designed with a strong commitment to environmentally sustainable design. The key initiatives of this design included:
- Cutting edge green design to provide one of the most drought tolerant and water efficient natural turf greens in Australia. It has been planted with warm season tiff dwarf grass and makes use of an advanced subsurface irrigation system, coupled with a 140,000L underground storm and recycled water storage tank.
- High performance double glazed aliclad-timber window system.
- Hybrid heating and cooling system, utilising automated night purge passive cooling and natural ventilation through operable louvres. A geothermal ground source heat rejection system under the turf green, moderates the thermal mass within the building to provide a low energy active heating and cooling system, during extreme temperature periods.
- Solar hot water
- Passive solar design principles, including external automated shading, northern orientation, high internal thermal mass and high insulation.
- Low volatile organic compound building materials
- Grey water diversion system
- Drought tolerant landscaping and swale drainage to pre-treat storm water runoff
- Community facility upgrade to include new change rooms, kitchen and bar and two lounge areas
- Automated lighting and integrated security system
